1. About Always Thankful Claims LLC

Always Thankful Claims LLC ("ATC," "we," "our," or "us") is a licensed Ohio public adjusting firm founded and operated by Shukri Salem. Ohio Public Adjuster License No. 1714261. We represent policyholders — not insurance companies — in the preparation, filing, and negotiation of property insurance claims.

Our principal place of business is in the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area. We serve residential and commercial property owners throughout Northeast Ohio and surrounding communities.

2. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Always Thankful Claims LLC and its representatives are not attorneys and do not practice law. Nothing on this website, in our communications, or in connection with our services constitutes legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. We do not provide legal representation and are not a substitute for an attorney.

3. Services Provided

ATC provides public adjusting services to policyholders, which may include claim review and consultation, property inspection and damage documentation, preparation and submission of claim documentation to insurers, negotiation with insurance carriers on behalf of policyholders, and assistance with appraisal or dispute resolution processes where permitted by law.

All services are subject to the terms of a written engagement agreement signed by both parties. No service obligation arises from a free claim review, website inquiry, phone consultation, or email exchange alone.

4. Contingency Fee Disclosure

ATC's compensation is typically based on a contingency fee — a percentage of the insurance settlement or payment obtained on your behalf. The exact fee percentage, scope of services, and all other material terms will be clearly stated in the written engagement agreement before any work begins.

There is no fee charged for an initial claim review or consultation. You are under no obligation to engage ATC following a free review.

5. Website Use and Eligibility

This website is intended for property owners in Ohio who are seeking information about public adjusting services. By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to engage a public adjuster on behalf of the property described in any inquiry.
